Orders for 2011 and 2012 exceed expectations

The KLOKSLAG order book for the years 2011 and 2012 exceeds the expectations.

It shows that our cheese making equipment concept has clearly convinced clients. The well-proven concept of closed cheese presses, automated deep brining systems with overhead cranes, safe and reliable automation systems and the personal involvement of the KLOKSLAG employees, is the reason that cheese dairies have decided in favour of KLOKSLAG. Our in-house expertise, in engineering, stainless steel treatment, electrical systems and software development, and the back-up of a number of specialized regular subcontractors guarantee a quick response to our customer’s wishes.

From feta producer Őzgazi in Etten-Leur we recently received an order for a whey treatment line. Special part of this line is a system for microparticulation of whey protein concentrate, which is used in cheese production again. The delivery includes the overall design of the process, the supply of a UF-, a MP- and the RO-system, the necessary tanks and valves, an energy recovery system and process automation.
