Complete processing from milk reception to the supply of standardized cheese milk.
For our customers we design and engineer custom-made milk preparation systems, that meet all the specific demands of cheese dairies, for example: Raw milk reception systems Tank storage Pasteurization of raw milk, creaming, homogenizing (optional) Standardization of cream and milk for fat and protein percentage Heating of milk for cheese production Cream treatment: homogenizing (optional), pasteurization and cooling CIP-systems Preparation and dosing of acid Processing of whey: cleaning and creaming, cooling Waste heat recovery: preheating of raw milk using hot whey
Automation For a good overview of all processes and good process archiving we supply the necessary complete control systems.
Project management The responsible project engineer/manager manages the project from the first quotation until the putting into service/acceptance in accordance with our customers demands. We combine optimized systems with a scientifically approved, state-of-the-art technology. The parts we use, like valves, heat exchangers, MSR systems and automation, are selected independent of specific suppliers, which means that we always choose the parts that offer the best price-quality ratio or the parts that meet your wishes and installation standards.
