Mould- and lidhandling

KLOKSLAG equipment for mould- and lidhandling is designed according to customer specifications, based on:
• Cheese mould type:
o manufacture, type of material
o with or without net/cloth
• Dimensions
• Production line
• Multiple various dimensions
• Draining- and moulding equipment:
o continuous
o discontinuous.

It is always our goal to, on the basis of i.a. the Machinery Directive, come to an optimal lay-out design in existing or new buildings.

Just as our cheese presses, the equipment for mould- and lidhandling can be supplied in open or closed design. An important advance of closed systems is the possibility of CIP-cleaning.
