Executed by Klokslag: project engineering, building and complete automation of the cheese dairy. All processes and flow switchings are controlled from the central control room (Intouch SCADA and Siemens S7 PLC-control system).
Milk processing: 300.000 litres/day. Various types of milk: besides cow’s milk goat’s milk, goat’s milk thermized/standardized and sheep’s milk are processed.
* milk reception and storage (five 125-ton tanks);
* pasteurization 15.000 litres/hour
* inline standardization, cream pasteurization, homogenizing;
* curd preparation (12 cheese vats of 2.700 litres each);
* curd drainage and portioning;
* CIP-system: 2 systems of 30.000 litres/hour each;
* whey line (cleaner, creaming, cooling);
* whey storage;
* infusion preparation (brine/lactic acid);
* energy systems: steam, ice water, process water production.
