The B&M draining and moulding machine is especially suitable for the production of soft cheeses.
In The Netherlands this machine has been used succesfully for a number of years in the production of white cheese (Feta) at Cheese Dairy Özgazi in Etten-Leur, the largest Dutch producer of white cheese in brine. Every day more than 350.000 liters of milk, from cow, sheep or goat, are processed here.
Control of the B&M takes place by means of Siemens S7 PLC-control. Visualization and operation by means of WinCC SCADA.
