| Conomatic-∆P
The Conomatic-∆P is our latest draining and moulding machine, which also makes use of a separation tank. However, the second step is completely new:
From the separation tank the curd/whey mixture is brought into the top of a short draining column, that stands under the whey. The upper side of this column is closed off by a perforated lid, which can impose more or less pressure upon the arisen curd column. Through that the draining can be controlled. Next the drained curd is, almost constantly, carried off and portioned.
The most important features are:
• All advantages related to the use of a separation tank, like no second whey suction necessary;
• Small hold-up volume;
• Simple cleaning because of the short removable draining column;
• Adjustable draining;
• Capacity up to 1.800 kg/hour;
• Can be used on existing Casomatic type draining and moulding machines (rebuilding set). In most cases only half part of the machines needs rebuilding. |
