Since 1989, the trusted address for cheese production systems for hard and semi-hard cheese. With a capacity range of production lines between 4,000 and 100,000 tons of cheese per year. The production lines are suitable for one cheese size or multiple sizes.

For brining cheese, we have several solutions tailored to the brining duration, capacity, whether or not there are baking separations, and FIFO (tracking and tracing). The engineers at KLOKSLAG have experience with both naturally ripened cheese and cheese that is ripened in foil. Naturally, the production lines meet the latest standards in technology and hygiene.

In recent years, KLOKSLAG has supplied production lines for semi-hard and hard cheese to many cooperatives and family businesses: partly naturally ripened cheese, but the majority is foil-ripened.

Due to mergers and consolidations, many cheese factories have closed, and production has become concentrated. This concentration has involved increasingly larger production capacities per line, up to 100,000 tons of cheese per year, or utilizing multiple production lines at a single location.
