At this customer, the KLOKSLAG has realized 4 production lines at 3 locations for both Euroblok foil cheese and naturally matured cheese in various sizes.
Location 1
At this location, 2 production lines are used to make several sizes of cheese, mainly naturally ripened.
The relationship with this location 1 dates back to 1987. In that year, a first production line of 30 tons per day was delivered with the so-called multimould: drainage and forming equipment and cheese presses.
In 2017, this production line was replaced by a much larger production line of 100 tons per day, suitable for 4 sizes of multimoulds. This time, the brine was also renewed and replaced by an automatic system and made entirely of stainless steel.
In 2021, a second production line, consisting of a pressing line and a deep brine system, was realized for the production of Edammers in spherical shape, 3 sizes of multimoulds. For draining and shaping the cheese, 3 newly developed, CIP-cleanable machines were supplied.
Location 2
At location 2, 3 sizes of cheese are made with 1 production line, all naturally ripened, 100 tons per day. The delivery consisted of a pressing line and an automatic deep brine system.
Location 3
At location 3, 1 production line makes 1 format of cheese, euro block foil ripened, 100 tons per day.
The delivery consisted of a press line.
